No knock on CJ but this has got to be a huge shock to this little town which is one of the smallest in Florida.

I thought I would post it here (Bullgator Den) since CJ has been talked about quite a bit in the past on the football boards. If it turns political I can move it.

Zero gun regulations meets complete mental health system failure once again.

I know many people in Union County, my son lives just down the road. Mr. Pritchett was a big UC Tiger booster. Built his company from scratch although Barry would say he didn't. Big Big shock to the community and PD-your comments make you look foolish, not the time or the place.

Yep, very bad deal and very sad. That is a good community with a lot of good people. Most of the people that live there have guns and have grown up with them for many generations. They live in the rural area much like I do and you need to own a gun for many reasons if you live out of town like that. That is the only way to protect your animals and family if the need arises. Also most of the people in areas like that hunt as well. I don't think this had anything to do with gun laws or could have been change with more laws.

My mother was born in Union county and still has a lot of kin there. Marvin Pritchett was a very well known man who was widely respected from what I had always heard. We did some tower and satellite work for him several years ago and he always seemed like a nice man to me.
