Theft used to be done with a sword; then,
Lawyers figured out how to do it with a pen; now,
Digital Masters will do it with a keystroke. Welcome to the new world order.

They've been doing it for years...but American companies have increasingly grown tired of it and the government is no longer looking the other way.

Our edge has always been innovation and economic creativity--and if China's illegally butting in by stealing our patents and processes, it'll cause problems.

The advantage for us is that they've pissed off everyone else along the way (Europe especially) and international agencies/courts that would have jurisdiction in cases like these have been itching for a chance to come down hard on China.

Dude should have gotten more than one year in jail. A lot of people lost wealth and jobs due to his theft.
