Breitbart's a teaser. You need to link to the source.

Didn't read everything, but is Hillary accused of doing something other than zealously representing her client - which she would be ethically bound to do as a criminal defense attorney?

1975? If Bush's drunk driving and cocaine abuse in the 80s didn't disqualify him, why would something job-related of Hillary's from before the bicentennial disqualify her?

You pubs are both desperate and reaching to try and use crap like this.

Who would expect Hillary to facilitate anyone but Hillary? Did she really do anything differently in any of the Bill Clinton rape/sexual abuse/Monica/Flowers et al cases/charges? Hell no. Hillary is about Hillary. She's no different than Obama...great at "pretending" to care about the little guy.

I seem to have missed the part where 'you pubs' suggested disqualification.

The OP just made some benign comment about the Left defending it.

But hey...let her campaign on it. Somehow, the Left's blindly loyal supporters will not only figure a way to reconcile this with their *consciences*--but to spin it as noble and virtuous.

    case in point:

I have no issue with her using a technicality to get her client off despite her knowing he was guilty. That was her job.

But to laugh about doing it?? Really?

Bush 43 was cited for drunk driving. Are you to suggest he was taped laughing about it?

The cocaine charge has ONLY EVER been leveled by one person, a crazy whacked about schizo was found dead by his on hand in a seedy motel room. Judging from your posting style, perhaps he was related to you?

This certainly gives rise to a character issue. I'm not sure how she can make light if it, at least that's the way it seems.

I listened to the tape. No big deal. It was just a lawyer describing an old case, one in which the prosecution screwed up.

    No, it's not.

The fact that you are willing to accept court appointed criminal defense work doesn't make you a bad person, and it doesn't somehow undermine everything else that you ever do.

As the article I quoted above pointed out, criminal defense attorneys defend bad people because it's their job. And just like we wouldn't criticize a firefighter or doctor for saving the life of someone really awful, we shouldn't bash criminal defense attorneys for representing bad people either.

There's got to be a reason Breitbart and Bianchi both start with B. Either way I don't click on anything linked to them.

She made light of the case afterwards, and then there is this......
    http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...ly-says-hillary-clinton-lied-about-her-in-75/

    Didn't she have a habit of blaming Bill's mistress's?

    The issue is the hypocrisy.
Hillary and the libs are quick to claim a holier than thou attitude to the cause de jour but are only too willing to turn their heads when one of their own commits an outrage.

Part of her defense of the rapist was to shame and blame the 12 year-old rape victim.
    And then laughed about it.

    It's despicable behavior.

So, she laughed about it. "What difference does it make?"

Never use the words "lawyer" and "ethics" in the same sentence. I just ate.
