Looks like there will be an investigation of the media investigation. Just what Obama needs ... to tick off Gator Country. Notice how this came out on a Friday.

    From the link:

    http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57589367/cbs-news-confirms-sharyl-attkissons-computer-hacked/

CBS News announced Friday that correspondent Sharyl Attkisson's computer was hacked by "an unauthorized, external, unknown party on multiple occasions," confirming Attkisson's previous revelation of the hacking.

CBS News spokeswoman Sonya McNair said that a cybersecurity firm hired by CBS News "has determined through forensic analysis" that "Attkisson's computer was accessed by an unauthorized, external, unknown party on multiple occasions in late 2012."

"Evidence suggests this party performed all access remotely using Attkisson's accounts. While no malicious code was found, forensic analysis revealed an intruder had executed commands that appeared to involve search and exfiltration of data. This party also used sophisticated methods to remove all possible indications of unauthorized activity, and alter system times to cause further confusion. CBS News is taking steps to identify the responsible party and their method of access."

Several months ago, Attkisson had reported suspected intrusions of her computers, including her CBS News work computer, prompting CBS News to hire a firm to look into the hacking.

So they got caught looking at porn and blame hacking.
I guess they couldn't erase the browser history...

This is just so bizarre. I wonder who would do such a thing?

    George Bush?

Is Obama admin hacking CBS computers, too?

Seems like Barry's got his fingers in everything. He must have loved going from a community organizer to playing spy.

    Just a coincidence, of course.

Cue a collective yawn from the American sheeple.

And yet, no one ever remembers a thing about who ordered what when they testify before a joint congressional committee.

    I hate cordless keyboards...

Hackers you say? Well, it must be Obama then.

To be clear, the federal government has not been accused in the intrusion of Attkisson's computer; CBS News is continuing to work to identify the responsible party.

I may be wrong with my memory here, but wasn't Attkinson the one who broke the Benghazi story last year? I could swear it was her.

If that is the case...coincidence she was hacked? Especially later in the year after the story began getting some legs to it??

The hacking occurred during the time she was reporting on the Benghazi story. Obviously it was a just coincidence.

    From your linked article....

"What was going on in “late 2012″? Well, that would have been the controversy over the terrorist attack on our consulate in Benghazi. And, checking the record, we see that Attkisson had a very interesting scoop on October 20th, relying on anonymous military sources that called into question the Obama administration’s claim that they couldn’t have responded in time to assist in the attack"

A little over a month after Benghazi, she starts bringing up the lack of response by Hussein's regime and whaddya know---she gets a puter hacked.

    Mere coincidence. Riiiiiiiiiight.

I don't recall.....Hillary Clinton when asked about Whitewater, Vince Foster, Travelgate. What difference does it make....Hillary when asked about Benghazi. Obama's entire administration is sleazy as a $50 whore yet the media, other than Fox, refuses to confront these dirt bags.

You think Nixon would have had to break into the building if he could have just had the data hacked? 0 and his minions have committed dozens of cyber watergates but that seems to be okie dokie these days. 0 makes Nixon look like a choir boy.

It's o.k., we have been assured that there is Congressional oversight of this program, which may or may not exist. And if you can't trust Congress, who can you trust?
