Polson saved our ass a few times and in 25 yrs Hood will be the coach at UK. I hope we are all here to see if I'm right.

In a league that drafts for potential, I don't think his ankle problem would bounce him from the first round. Heck, Noel was a high lottery pick after a terrible knee injury

Towns is listed as a lottery pick in every mock draft I've seen. And don't kid yourself, these kids don't want to sit on the bench.

The hell with mock drafts...it's just a stupid guess IMHO. Oh trust me I want them to not sit the bench, but they also need to understand they need to be a great teammate. If they aren't interested in that...they should and I hope go elsewhere.

Yeah, I actually like Willie. The UK fan base was pretty harsh on him at times, although they started to appreciate him more after the games against us.

That question must be coming from scouts who didn't watch him play this year. He's 10x more consistent with his energy and effort than he was his freshmen year. He's getting much better at learning what he's capable of and what he's not. Would be easy to say those things with a straight face. Poythress is evolving much the same way Darius Miller did. He's just a little more post oriented than he was - and less so on the perimeter.

Its risky going with what you read on most any message board, but especially a UK one. I wouldn't put much stock into it.

He averaged 7 less minutes a game, cut his scoring in half, and had lower FG% and 3 pt. FG%.

Oh I am no worries there, but it is news and it does go with this thread..it's not like I made a separate thread about them returning.

I am looking forward to the growth of our own players next year at UF. Should I expect a corresponding decrease in PPG and FG%?? :)

Could careless who returns, I see a logjam at the 4and 5with some unhappy campers coming up in Lexington. I don't care how much those kids are getting played, if they aren't getting playing time there will be internal strife.

My god people can come up with a negative when our players leave after one year, but yet they also see the negative when players decide to stay.....you just can't win lol.

Note to the players who, if any bitch and complain LEAVE we will be fine with or without you!

I love the competition this should bring out...if you coast you sit.....perfect!

Our new recruits aren't going to knock anyone's socks off..they all have tons of work to do. Now I hope the NBA does their part and has kids stay in school.
