Would that simplify things? Help the OL? And even play to somewhat of a strength?

Would think TM is threat to keep it and KT would seem to thrive in it

Mix in simple passes like crossing route and speed post. Bubble screens to Patton

hehe...our coach wants to run the pro style offense no matter what players we have...but now that pro teams are running the read option, maybe he'll change his tune

No. Muschamp wants to run a boring offense that can't score.

Pro-style? Ha. Our offense is nothing I've ever seen in the pros. Actually it's nothing like anything I've seen in college. It's just plain old terrible.

That was what I was thinking ... or is there some other reason to keep running wildcat with Burton?

No, he wants to run a pro offense with a competent o-line, TE's that can both block/catch, and a backfield that doesn't turn the ball over. You know, basically the winning formula for football.

Maybe at some point in time, but for the vast majority of teams in 2013, they are winning with a variety of other formulas.
