when a court case goes against the black community they think it is okay to go into the streets and tear up other people's property-and it is in their own community, so they cost their fellow residents jobs and they put businesses that support them out of business-what is the mind set that could possibly think 1- this is acceptable behavior and 2- that it will get them anything

Well, our current "Extortionist in Chief" was expedited up through the Chicago and Illinois political system for his ability to promote us against them. Sadly, the media serves as a facilitor/accomplice as they have done in the Trayvon/Zimmerman case. And of course the black community has very few leaders whose voices condemn violence. Even more sadly, many businesses damaged are black owned or minority owned who are willing to conduct commerce in these areas.

Probably the same reason that people set couches on fire and tear down their own city after a sports win/loss.

Did you survey the "black community" on this? How many told you it was "okay?"

good point. I suppose we could ask why the 'white community' thinks meth is perfectly acceptable. after all, some of them do it.

BTW, the Rodney King verdict wasn't the only time

i wasn't saying it was. i just couldn't find any. most of the riots i found were due to police brutality that never even went to trial

It's all about "opportunity" and very little about outrage. I would also contend that the myriad media stories alluding to rioting just seeds the situation and puts the idea out there for the opportunists.

Why don't blacks tear up their neighborhoods when blacks are killing blacks? Why do they only riot when it's a "white-hispanic" or a "whitie."

Pick any inner city where there is gang violence, Detroit, Chi-town (home of Hussein by the way).

wgb- it is not okay-but if all you could find was a drug infested rock concert from the late 60's-then it has not happened very often

This happened in 1999. And you havent exactly provided any evidence that black people riot "very often," other than your own particular bias.

    it's not ok.

people rationalize all sorts of stupid violent actions resulting from being pissed off about something. It's called mob mentality/thug mentality. And it isn't limited to blacks. Though the number of large riots in recent years in America have primarily been blacks.

Chances are the majority of violent rioters don't give a rats ass about what the riot is supposedly for. Much of the violence is simply violent types seeing a chance to get violent.

one of the uglier riiots a number of years ago wasn't about any legal issue. When there was a massive blackout in NYC there was large scale riot that was simply thugs, etc looking to vandalize and steal.

What I find rather ironic is often rioters who are pissed off about another race or social group tear up their own community with a riot instead of attacking those they are pissed off at. This point outs to me that many rioters are just violent types not really interested in the 'issue' the riot is supposedly about.

Yeah, which example of a torn down neighborhood due to white-on-black trial decisions are you talking about beyond the Rodney King trial?
