The jobs are going to people who design and build the robots. Of course, some robots are built by other robots.
When the design is done by people overseas, that's the problem.
The video says there are 3,000 jobs in the plant. Yes, without robots there would be 5-10x that many, but then again, we'd be driving Model Ts.
There is a joke in manufacturing world that each factory only has two employees, a man and a dog. The man is there to feed the dog, and the dog is there to keep the man away from the machines.
