So those of you who have successfully gained lots of muscle and put on strength, how do you do it? I am 43 with a full-time professional job and it is hard for me to eat enough protein on a consistent basis. If I get busy at work, which I have the last couple of weeks, I've dropped a couple of pounds. I work out with heavy weights for me at Crossfit classes, usually 6 times a week. My back squat max is 150% of my body weight, front squat is more than 125% of my body weight, and I can clean and jerk 110% of my body weight. But I've having trouble making gains above that even though I'm lifting heavy. What is the best way for me to supplement to put on more muscle weight and strength? (Particularly given the difficulty I have eating enough protein).
