I rarely eat breakfast and if I do it's nothing more than a protein shake. Every now and then I may fry myself a piece of bacon. Water gives me all I need to get through the morning.

I eat two breakfasts, but there have been times in my life when I didn't eat any at all. I'm in considerably better shape now, but I don't think it's because of my propensity to eat frequent small meals. Between walking several miles a day, going to the gym and the dojo, I'm very active. I like having available calories to burn and keeping my insulin levels steady. If I wait to get hungry, I will likely eat too much.
