    free enterprise, no doubt, raises the quality of living (and the opposite when it busts, and when it leaves), but the earth in and of itself is abundant with the basic needs that are required for life to flourish

    there are 25,000 people a day who are dying of starvation in this world, and a portion of it is due to economic systems that creates conditions of scarcity that make poverty inevitable.

    in a system that encourages winners, there will be losers...

    maybe that's just the way it is
