Wow, the similarities between he and Muschamp are eerily similar. Watching Nebraska feels like we are watching the Gators. Not very good, poorly coached, bad decisions and the injury bug excuse.

I was just thinking about posting the same thing. Man has he made some boneheaded calls in this one. Plus losing his cool on the sidelines to give Iowa the ball in the red zone.

I dunno. As angry as Muschamp gets on the sideline, I've never seen him get a personal foul for getting out of control like Bo does.

Did you see the way he spoke with the sideline reporter at half time that was jsut doing his job, trying to ask some questions? What a jerk.

I don't know that he turned them that way. They were pretty irrelevant when he got there.

His lack of poise and basic anger management skills are at odds with being a "leader of men."
I fear the same for Will.

Slow down. Bo has never lost more than 4 games (including bowl losses) in any given season. He may not be elite, but let's not drag him through the mud.

    Lol

@ESPN_Schick: "If they wanna fire me, go ahead." - Bo Pelini. Thought this might end ugly. And it will.

Yeah, that's one department where he has Will beat.

He always loses 4, no that's not awful like 5-7 or 4-8 but it is consistently out of it, Nebraska should expect more.

He lasted this long as HC because NB wanted to make sure they had the right guy. Sound familiar?

They should, but let's not compare Muschamp to Pelini at this point. Bo has won 10 games 3 times and 9 games twice.

That was Iowa's first win in Lincoln, NE since 1943.... Sounds familiar?

    Not even close.

    Solich won about .690.
    Callahan only won like .450
    Pelini has won over .700

Nebraska has been irrelevant for 10 years prior to Pelini taking over. They probably should have stuck with Solich and kept running the power option.

I would be very surprised if Neb does not run Bo off now. This may be a landing spot for James Franklin........unless he wants to hold out for a bigger job.

Yes...and he won 10 games his 2nd season!
    And his third
    And his fifth

So, no, he's nothing like Muschump. He's actually made it to the conference championship game 3 times. And he's won two bowl games.
