And so are we.
So, what else is new.
Success breeds opportunity.
He likes it there and has always said that. Money isn't going to attract him, and although perhaps coaching success at what many foolishly believe is the Top Level might appear attractive, he is smart enough to realize that the top level really is college coaching. Aside from which, he make about $3 million per year, and lives in a moderately small town that is within 100 miles of three major metropolitan areas if he or his family want other stuff once in a while.
He makes close to 4 million, which is not far off NBA money
Hope he coaches 50 years at UF.
If Billy jumps to the NBA he would be just another pro coach, maybe just another successful pro coach. If he jumped to any other College job, a la SOS, he would be a great college coach. If he stays where he is he will be a Legend.
Doesn't seem like a hard choice
According to statistics, if you make at least $75,000 per year
your relative happiness does not go up by making more money.
Especially considering he's living his life in Gainesville, Florida.
Billy clearly needs to send some money my way.
Interesting. I heard that there's actually a positive statistical correlation between one's problems and their earnings.
And an even greater correlation between their women and their problems.
Unless you're Jay Z.
So what we've learned here is that money can cause at least 99 problems?
Correct. In the eternal words of Joseph Decruex
In his case, you get more bang from your b*tches sista.
I understand where he's coming from with not wanting to give public guarantees; but I sure wish he felt differently about that and would give one.
Let's hope that's just the poker player in him talking.
mo money can cause at most 99 problems
^ I stand corrected.
Ok guys, we're mixing rappers here, Mo Money Mo Problems was Biggie and 99 problems was Jay-Z.
Not to mention I don't think there was ever an upper limit to the number of problems Jay had, he just happened to have precisely 99 problems at that time and a bitch wasn't one of them. No mention of 99 being the limit...personally I think Hova just had some conceptual difficulty with triple digits back then.
Maybe they were hypnotized by the rapper confusion.
Rappers? This is a social statistics discussion.
