Miami won the game. Let's make it simple. That makes them the better team on this day.
Great post !! I agree 100%
But i also think Pease is still handcuffed.
Petersen has done about all that he can at Boise State. Time to make the decision we should have made 2 years ago.
Coaching is poor, but it'll take a 3rd UGA loss to oust muschamp.
Truly a horrendous loss. Taylor may be the next emmitt, but with muschamp he might not even see the field this year. At least galen played him the next week!
Also watching Mike Davis run right now, he's fighting for every yard. Matt Jones fell over whenever anyone touched him. We made a terrible mistake by not doing everything to hang on to Davis.
Agreed Zanso. For the life of me, i cant understand how a guy who's been out as long as Jones has, got so many touches.
Miami is going to lose at least two games this year to teams that wont make the mistakes we made. They were an average, at best, ACC team.
Better coached team won. Leave it at that.
We don't respect Miami, even though they've beaten us seven of the past eight times we've faced theming that line win was still in doubt in the fourth quarter. Even when we dominate them physically, they beat us by five. They're in our heads.
Brown comes off a 100-yard game, but WM gives a guy recovering from mono his first start in a noon game in Miami in early September. Meanwhile the greatest RB in state HS history rides the pine, just like Emmitt in 1987.
The better team is the one with the most points, everything else is excuses and malarkey, last week nicholls st had a 40-20 top lead, I bet it made their 63 point loss feel much better.
We sound like such losers. UGA was better than us last year and all I heard from Gator fans was we gave them the game. Why is no one giving Miami credit for sacking and intercepting Driskel? I'll tell you why, because Gator fans are in denial about how mediocre this team.
One of the undeniable rules of being a Gator fan is that only after all else fails, one will give credit to the other team. I don't know how many times I was roasted for posted my Eight Undeniable Rules...
to be fair maybe he thought South Carolina was the better team last season.
Our focus needs to be on scoring TDs, not dominating time of possession and outrushing teams. We did both today and still had to score a garbage-time TD to avoid a double-digit loss to a team that only had the ball 21:40. If WM wants to be around next year, he'll change his priorities during the open date. Or else we'll see Chris Petersen roaming the UF sidelines next year.
