I've never seen someone say they have a top of the line phone and then argue they got the lowest upgrade priority.

Where is the study on this hilarious opinion?

I have a Motorola which I'm happy with. My next phone might come from the same maker, but I will not buy a foreign company's phone. Screw Samsung.

Not to burst your bubble but Motorola was bought out by Lenovo which is based in ... Beijing, China.

It's an interesting position to take nonetheless since the companies are basically owned by the shareholders, many of which are foreign. Also, how many parts that comprise your "American" phone are made in the United States?

Based on other topics, you are addressing a "fact free" poster. Don't waste your time.

Whoa bro..... Samsung is a great manufacturer for all things they make. All my appliances are Samsung; I'm a Samsung junkie.

Unfortunately like Dem stated there are basically no companies, especially in the tech world, that won't be foreign or have foreign parts.

Bought a big screen TV from them and had nothing but problems the whole time that it actually worked. Now I'm out $2,500. They still suck, IMHO. So I'm never going to buy anything from them again.

I'm glad you haven't been burned like I have.

WE have a Samsung Smart TV, Samsung Sound Bars, Samsung cell phones all great, no problems. The buy US only argument has no wheels when it comes to tech or most things for that matter.

In TC=V's maybe but I still think you're wrung... Who do you think invents most of this stuff? See Apple and Samsung... Samsung are thieves and so are the Chinese. If you don't know that by now you're living in the dark.

Pretty sure both Apple and Samsung have/had billion dollar patent infringement suits against each other. Of course it's a relatively new form of corporate warfare buying companies or their patents to use against competition or in negotiating a defense in these types of lawsuits.

You're upsetting the moral of my home appliances with all that negative Samsung talk. :)

FWIW...I have a Motorola Droid Ultra, my wife has Samsung S3. My phone has better battery life...MUCH better picture...bigger screen(only matters if you really want it)...and she has had to swap out phones twice and is on her 3rd one due to problems, while mine has given me absolutely no problems at all. May just be luck--hers being bad, mine being good. All I know is I have had pretty much Motorola since back in the late 90s, after getting away from a Nokia(pre-smart phone days)....and will likely stay with them until I have a problem.

Also--my wife is with Sprint and I am with Verizon. She has dropped calls consistently while I have had--zero. Nada. Zilch. Plus, I have found my coverage is much, much better with me traveling as a rep like I do. I have to go through areas where it is only me and God and Bigfoot which limits cell coverage, and yet--never had a signal loss.

Honestly though, I really feel pretty much ANY of the top smartphones out there will do what most folks need. Only a geek type, or someone who wants to be cutting edge would worry about the miniscule little differences.

iPhone 5S right now and it's not close. Gone Apple all the way now with Mac, iPhone and iPad. Already can't wait for the 6.

I've had all the others and for overall reliability, efficiency, battery life, and user friendly nothing tops an iPhone.

Almost every other major phone has better battery life than the iPhone.

    Customization - Android
    Maps - Android
    Browser - Android
    Cross platform usability - Android

As for computers, Macs are overpriced and its old thinking that they are far superior. PCs have gained so much ground that the huge price difference isnt worth it. And Im a photo editor/ graphic designer who needs a good machine.

I miss pay phones and being free after leaving the house from people that want to know where I am and what I am doing.

Ditched my iPhone for an LG G2 two weeks ago. Took me a minute to figure it out but I definitely prefer it. And yeah, battery life is way way better than iPhone
