Drinking a Celebration ale tonight. Seemed appropriate. A beer I look forward to each year, and it never disappoints.

Evil Twin Aun Mas A Jesus. Nice 11.2% imperial stout. Expensive though, probably not worth the price.

Ninkasi Tricerahops followed by a Jose Marti so far in the first half. We'll see where the second half takes me.

For those of you that are on beeradvocate there is a pretty awesome LIF going on that benefits the Sandy Hook (school shooting) victims. It has some awesome beer to win, is for a great cause, and has already raised close to 6k for charity. Every $10 you donate gets your name in the drawing. It's worth checking out.

I also managed to snag a prize of some sort for being the 100th donor, which was the icing on the cake for already feeling good about making a donation.

I'll have to check that out. I don't spend much in the LIF forum.

Lagunitas Sucks, huh? Sounds like a Primus tribute beer.

The Ninkasi Tricerahops is a great beer. It is very smooth given its ABV of almost 10%.

Having a couple Lagunitas Little Sumpin Sumpin Ales to ease the pain of this Vikings-Packers game.

I never had a black ale. Is the color from roasting the grain?
