Honestly, I thought it was a pretty standard bourbon barrel aged stout. Really good but nothing that stood out to me comparatively.

I almost cracked the PM instead, but Im still sitting on both those. I think my girlfriend will like the BCBCS so I'm waiting for a good time for that.

Vikings was really good, especially if you're any kind of history nerd. I got hooked immediately and so did my girl. It's a great story with great production (MGM). Season 2 isn't till 2014 so you can hold off on watching though. It is worth it though, imo.

Exactly 3 months old, still tastes as good as it did when I first got it.

Forgot how much I enjoyed this one. I often take SN for granted, but they just might make the best beer for the buck that you can get anywhere.

Ballast Point Victory at Sea. More like a Victory for Me! What an incredible beer. Like drinking silk. Picked up a few and glad I did.

I LOVE that beer. One of my favorites, and readily available.

I've been thinking about this, and I think I know what was missing (for me) with it. It was a great beer, loved the bourbon, loved the smell, taste, etc. Where it lacked for me was it was a bit thin in the mouth. It didn't have that rich, silky feel I'm used to. Then again, I think CCB has spoiled me. But I feel like that's what was missing for me. Outside if that richness, it was a great beer for me.

Greenflash Imperial Red Rye on tap. Wow, probably one of the best smelling beers I've had. Tastes fantastic to boot.

Still crushing this Greenflash imperial red rye. Its incredible. Looked it up on BA and it has zero reviews. Anyone else tried it? Is it extremely new?
