    I don't understand any Republicans including language in this bill that delays the medical device tax. Maybe one or two of them where those companies are domiciled, but given the ACA is going ahead as scheduled, why would the Republican party want any of the bad parts of the bill delayed or repealed?

    I'm not sure that it is in what's actually coming out of the Senate.

    Senate compromise is being announced on the floor shortly, but word is that the keys are funding the government through mid-January, raising the debt ceiling until mid-February, requiring a budget conference to reach a framework by mid-December, and requiring HHS to certify that incomes are being verified on ACA subsidization.
