No spoilers. It only mentions one scene but doesn't say how the scene ended.

    Thanks.

OMG. That's hilarious. He had to be drunk. I hope he was drunk.

No spoiler, the movie takes some artistic license but that has to be the best rendition of the use of 3D ever. And even more amazing is the weightlessness in the scenes when it obviously was filmed on the earth. A remarkable movie, technologically speaking. I see it as huge a leap as Jurassic Park was in the '90s.

Maybe but I didn't like the movie (no story/plot) or the 3D (diorama).

Damn...should have known it was too good to be true. Other than the fart, it seemed like it could have been a scene from Big Bang Theory.

The space community has been largely enthusiastic about the film. The biggest factual flaws of it are in a) the orbital mechanics of the various spacecraft involved, and b) the initial crisis that starts things being pretty implausible, also mostly because of orbits and altitudes and such.

Yeah well Top Gun was tactically flawed but it was a hell of a fun movie! F-14 guys like myself criticize the heck out of it but it was well done. I don't go to movies to see realism - I go to escape reality! I saw Gravity last week and enjoyed the hell out of it.

Even a long time friend of mine said that movie was hokey, and she knows absolutely nothing about space and the physics of weightlessness.

    Too funny.

The makeout scene is harder to believe than any of the flight action.
