    Exactly.

A good recruiting class. Then getting Jeff and a lot of other guys back for Spring practice and not having any significant injuries is a good way to start 2014. Great off season work and Fall will be fine.

The game was managed for Jeff.....and it should have been. He has to continue his learning curve for us to be successful next year. Other teams will not be so forgiving. As has been said, it is a start. For my money, it is the right start.

I think everybody except the coaches knew that the best system for Jeff, was not the system that we predominately used the last 2 years. He's a capable spread guy, and they wanted to make him Dan Marino.
Glad they've changed it up a bit. I'm thinking we should be a much more productive offense, as long as turnovers don't kill. us. With the stable of RB's to compliment, we should be not only be more fun to watch, but maybe the offense can win a few games for us, instead of putting all the pressure on the D, not to break down in every game.
As well, the O line couldn't block anyone, so why drop back and except the protection to hold up?
