I personally cannot stand watching them. I have zero respect for ACC football (and yes, I do understand what happened in Miami). I just hope that the noles are their typical bad nole selves. Is their freshman QB gonna get tested/beaten? Clemson? Us? Anyone else?

If JW stays healthy and stays out of trouble, FSU will win at least one national title with him at QB.

Passing the ball the whole game is eventually going to get him hurt. They don't like running the ball apparently.

They still have to play teams with a pulse like Clemson and scUM. I'll reserve my judgement til then.

No worry! Winston will not have receivers running wide open when they play Florida.

Everyone thought FSU was so good last year til Florida put a "whoop ass" on that first round NFL QB that was so highly publicized.

FSU lost EJ Manual, a bunch of asst. coaches, and some good football players on D from last year but it probably better than LY's team. Good enough to beat UF in G-Ville? Probably not. UF is plenty good as well and may have also benefitted from addition by subtraction when Driskel got hurt and found out Murphy is far better than expected.

I've said it before and I'll say it again FSU will have to be 14-21 points better than UF to beat UF at night in the Swamp. That is a tough task to ask any team. But, right now, barring injuries to FSU, UF has already suffered too many, the FSU-UF game looks to be a classic and the whole series in the JF WM eras seems to be going back to its heyday.

So is your hatefest with UGA.

That game is going to be epic as well.

I think FSU is definitely a top-10 team; possibly even top-5 material. I do think Winston will have a harder time against our defense than any other he's going to see before FSU travels to the Swamp.

FSU is good, can't really deny that, even considering the competition they've played. But like already mentioned, no one knows how good until they get to the Clemson/NC state/UM part of the schedule. There's a possibility they could have 2 losses there if the D that showed up against BC shows it's face again.

Cecil is smooth as silk when it comes to measuring his words on GatorCountry.

Good yes, great not a chance! When you would be a mid level SEC team and your in the ACC it makes you look elite. With our schedule or even UGA schedule this year they'd lose 3-4 games. That makes you a good team not great. Maryland is a joke. And will probably go on to lose 4-5 games by the end of the year.
