1. I was a top 25 sales person and liaison between the sales force and upper management. I headed up what was known as the leaders council. 2. I know first hand from the mouths of upper management that they wanted to hire and promote women and minorities. They were under federal and industry pressure to do this. 3. Let's just say that this was once a top five insurance company. 4. I saw with my own eyes and heard from the mouths of management as women and minorities were promoted to satisfy quotas. In many instances there were better qualified White men who went back into sales to escape this sort of thing.
