Where the phunk is Boehner and Cantor? If I were them I'd be coddling the AFL-CIO leaders like Trumka and get them to help eliminate Obama-scam.

Where is the Pub's leadership right now? These clowns need to jump on every single company, corporation, organization that wants to rid us all of Obama-scam and get them organized to support a change back away from socialized medicine.

I agree with the Pubs leadership being invisible. They figure it won't effect them so why should they care.

Kind of interested in seeing where this is heading. My assumption was that the AFL-CIO would be petitioning for variances so that they wouldn't have to play by the same rules. Did something happen that took away groups requesting and being granted variances?

I have a hard time seeing Trumka out front in a protest and then head back through the White House back door to shoot the breeze with Obama. Something doesn't add up. Perhaps the demonstration is needed to make sure the next steps aren't out in the open or if they are they can be rationalized. We will see.

Looks like Trumka was maneuvering for a deal with the WH, and it may be in the works.

There have been some unintended consequences that were foreseeable.
