has named a top-4 of Florida, Florida St, Ucla, Illinois. Attends Serra High School which has traditionally been a strong USC feeder school, but Adoree was born in St. Louis and grew up in Illinois and only moved to Southern California his soph year in HS.

A strong Track and Field program is an important factor for him as he is a national level long jumper as well.

Even though he did not name USC, from what I understand is that all depends on USC's season. USC has another season like last year, and there is no chance Adoree is a Trojan, if USC bounces back and contends for a PAC-12 title then he is likely USC's to lose.

Stanford and Oregon will be tough next season. I hope we land this kid to pair with VH3 for a few years.

Also remember that we currently have a solid commitment from 2014 CB Duke Dawson who is no slouch either.

Long jump has been one of our strengths in track and field.

High jumpers would make better DBs or WRs. The again, it didn't help Frankie Hammond that much.

Looks like a great prospect. He and Tabor are my favorite on the board. Hope we get one of them. We'll have a velcro secondary for years. Nice size too.

Too bad Marlon Humphrey is such a long shot. Don't know why he put UF on his list at all, but we have had some success at Hoover in the past. If he keeps playing games with UF, I'm going to stop exiting there for lunch and gas on my way from Chicago to Florida. That's been one of my favorite rest stops. I'll just tell everybody to hold it until Montgomery.

Plans on visiting UT this summer. Says our track team is a big lure, just like UF.

I know he lived in Illinois, but he can't be serious about going there with his talent. If he was born in St. Louis, his hometown in Illinois might have been in the east metro area, which leans pretty hard to Mizzou. They would make sense. Even Tennessee makes sense. Illinois makes none.

Adoree-tha he goes to UCLA or Illinois if we don't get him. Could he be scared of competition at UF?

He cares more about Track than Football dont think competition will scare him away playing time is available they are telling corners both Purifoy and Roberson could be gone.

I can see plenty of playing time, with both of Purifoy and Roberson leaving early along with Watkins graduating. That is three of the best cb's on the team.

Possibly. Playing devil's advocate though for a second, our secondary looks pretty solid - you have to assume VH3 is going to be a 3 year player for us at corner and will play plenty straight away. I think we'll do well to get a 4th year from him. Also if Riggs stays, he'll be a RS senior DB next year. Those look like starters outside to me. Brian Poole, who I know was listed at safety last year, was a 4/5 star recruit at CB too so it's entirely possible he gets time there next season and beyond.

Between Gorman, Maye, Ledbetter and Showers (who are all already on the roster!) and with Nick Washington and Keanu Neal coming in, we look absolutely loaded at Safety, which is why I wonder if Poole might move back.

I'd argue that we need to cherry pick our DBs, as always. I can certainly see possibility for playing time but I think Adoree would have to be something special to take a spot at corner immediately. Who knows, maybe he is? :)

VH3 is the only true quantity at corner. Everyone else looks like another safety/nickel/dime back. If Jackson is a pure corner, he couldn't find a better situation. UF can't decide where to put anyone in our secondary. We've moved our number one CB to WR and our number two or three corner to safety. We barely have specialists anymore. Showers is probably the best athlete on the team and we still don't know what to do with him.
