I started doing a 4 days a week 5:45AM Bootcamp with my wife in November.. We've been going for 4 weeks on, 1 week off since then. I've lost 3 belt notches and about 20 lbs. According to BMI calculators, I am still "overweight" with a BMI of 27.5 I feel like I've made a lot of progress, but according to BMI, I would need to be less than 25 to be "normal", which for my height is 174 lbs... I can't even fathom losing another 20 lbs. I realize BMI is just a general guideline, but I feel like it's going to be impossible to get to normal... or is this just like the thread "Are you fatter than you think?"
