I am very pleased to hear that chomp has finally learned this...
Seattle times says heroin is $6 a dose and dropping. Cheaper than drinking...if you don't factor in the costs of a likely addiction to it.
you did not really answer my questions in full-but atleast you answered - thanks
So, are you disagreeing with me that there is money to be made on heroin, or illegal drugs in general? By which I was rebutting chomp's completely asinine notion that enthusiasm for US Bonds (without even taking a position on the accuracy of the claim) somehow means our obscene long term debt isn't harmful?
Tea Party is just another name for far right Republican
They will just attempt to defund areas they personally disagree with
Just as conservative posters frequently misuse the terms Marxism, socialism, and fascism, so does the left with "far right."
Please point out how pub policy objectives have moved in the last 25 years, much less moved to the right.
Conversely, the Dems have definitely moved farther to the left, and seemingly do so with each passing day.
NOBODY in the Tea Party threatened to default on the debt. The only one talking that BS was Obama. So just stop the hysteria!
You are smarter than that.
Most of America doesn't agree with you about the TP. They did use brinkmanship tactics to try to get their way. Don't deny it.
Isn't that what the dems do too- it is called politics
In any event, the Pubs sure did take a big hit in popularity because of their politics.
actually THE Tea Party was THE only party showing spine...they voted as they ELECTED to represent....not flip/flopping JUST to get re-elected....
The Tea Party congressmen are in fairly safe gerrymandered districts. Nice try, though.
So is your theory that everyone of them primaried a GOP incumbent and had a walkover? Is that the kind of BS you tell yourself about the zeitgeist?
Well, hopefully if there is a beatdown of the Pub Party in the next election cycle the Party will have their fill of TPers, too. That is quite possible. Right now, since the Pub debt-ceiling/government shutdown debacle, 14 new Pub seats in play. I don't think any of them are TPer's seats, but maybe. I'll see if I can find out.
GOP In Grave Danger Of Losing House In 2014, PPP Polls Showl
pretty PATHETIC response since they beat ALMOST ALL incumbents to get in....
Well the "you are smarter than that" maybe not as being puprposely disingenuous or deceiving might be the answer...
No it's not. The districts that these TPers are in are comprise of a disproportionate amount of right-wing extremists. A good comparison would probably be this forum.
I thought this was another sarcastic Obama thread until I saw the OP.
Seems like you're reveling in the beatdown the American people are receiving.
Just the TP extremists. But it truly is sad that we ever had to go through this.
