    2 WR - Robinson & Fulwood
    1 RB - Taylor
    1 CB - VH3
    1 S - Neal

    Those 5, I saw.

I assume that LB McMillian & Analzone played, making #6 & #7, but I did not see them. And I thought Champ said that Jareed Davis played on STeams.

Did BIG OL Trenton Brown play? I have seen him listed as a RS FR and a JR, so I am not sure what class he is and if he is included in the 8 FR?

Robinson wasn't targeted. Anyone think he'll be a little busier against Miami?

I think they actually tried to throw to him once, but the pass got knocked down.

And yes, I think they'll try to go to him more against the Canes.

Agree. Not sure if it'll be his full-fledged coming out party, but I do think he'll catch at least a couple.

I thought I heard on Champs show that 15 freshmen played. (Probably true and RS) But I could be mistaken.

He is not a player we really need to game rep. Much more important for VH3 to get reps because he is and will be a better player than Brown. Hopefully we dont have to play Brown all season and he can just mentor the younger players

VH and Taylor both looked like potential big play guys. But harder to truely eval late in game vs a tired Toledo O and D

That was probably the only real disconcerting things about the offense on Saturday game for me. It is hard to get a kid his first collegiate touches on the road against good competition. Will Driskel trust him? Will Robinson be comfortable? Will we be confident in him? Hopefully so, but a better workout on Saturday could have helped on all three counts.

Yeah, Pease/CWM dropped the ball with this one.

You have to get that kid the ball on something easy. Bubble/quick slant/reverse.

Pease said they ran plays for Robinson twice. Once he was covered the other time the ball was deflected at the line.

They called one and it was batted down. I am sure they could have called another one if they really felt it was necessary, I doubt they do. I think he will be fine. We saw a lot of freshmen wide WR's make big plays in big games in week 1. No reason Robinson shouldn't be able to do it in week two.

You say they "dropped the ball"; I say it is something that just happens at times and you wish in retrospect you could have done it differently. We threw the ball to him once and it was batted away. I am sure we had other calls on, but Driskel checked down. We also needed to get other receivers some live work. Getting a freshman wide receiver touches is way down the list of things you absolutely have to do on game day, even if it would be nice.

When we only have one "opener" as opposed the two we traditionally had, it becomes much harder to both get everyone some live reps and also workout your freshmen more. I am hopeful the Tennessee/UK/Arky stretch after the open week will provide that. But it does make Robinson's impact this game a little less likely.
