I think if you added 3 attempts together for me, I'd be close to 33"
Yeh, but I'd pull a hammy on jump 2 and not get to jump 3.... so put me down for 22" (pie that is, a 22" pizza pie).
I get caught up in the freakish numbers I read about. Didn't realize 33" was that unusual. I'm all the more impressed with Will Grier's 34" VJ. FWIW, Tyree Cleveland jumped 41" at The Opening before his senior year.
Happy to see that. Thanks diesel
Jalon Jones gets his 4th star from ESPN and is now in the ESPN 300
That's great news...but let us know when Rivals makes the bump!
Jalon Jones now a 4 star on 24/7
He should have at least 4.45 stars.
J. Jones is transferring back to his HS in Richmond, VA:
Yes, if you ever saw a video of Cleveland's vertical, those are pretty amazing. This link gives the Current NBA Rosters' highest 25 verticals: Ranking the 25 Best Leapers in the NBA
. Agree!!! This is a huge pick up not only because he is a good player, but for the reason stated above for the players on that need a push making their decision.
Dammit. My team scrimmages St Francis this year at their place!! Was looking forward to defending this cat and seeing how good he is.
Jalon says Christmas in July is coming
Yup, right around FNL. Watch for it.
That would be exciting news. Hopefully coaches hard recruiting work will be rewarded
Yeah, and Elite 11 Laser-timed 40 of 4.45, combined with a 33" vertical shows just what his film shows, that he is an exceptional athlete. Did any of you notice the thread in Nothing but Net titled High Flier about Keyonte Johnson, 6'5", 209 lbs, 41.5 vertical & 7 ft wingspan. Here are the 25 best verticals in the NBA - note that the lowest is 38". Jones is not shabby by any means: Ranking the 25 Best Leapers in the NBA
