Not to mention that the two commitments we got this week were on the offensive side of the ball. Great pick up for the good guys. Nothing like having a tight end his size.

Great pickup!! Pitts is perfect for our O and, while winning the state is big, I also like seeing our coaches being able to go out-of-state when they need to.

Coach Seider so far has definitely used some of his connections with that whole area from his time at WVU.

I agree. Not normally a fan of the commitment spectacle, but that was low key and a great vibe. Dig it. :D

Well done and loved the way his whole family and friends all got dressed up in Gator gear and shouted, "Go Gators"!

Looks like we have a very good TE commit two years in a row. Like the momentum with two 4 stars leading into FNL

As good as his commitment video is, his Opening clips are even better. Very fluid route runner with great hands. I see fades coming near the goal line with a 6' 5" TE who can run and catch like Pitts.

I just read too that we lead for Keon Zipperer from Lakeland, the #3 overall tight end in the country for 2019, by 247. Hopefully we get 3 in a row!'

I've seen his name mentioned by a lot more recruits recently than in the past.

Yes atl, they clearly have some skills and understand plot structure as well. If Kyle Pitts himself was involved in design, this indicates a comprehension of narrative, which is something that few have at that age.

He really looked lean in that video, yet he's listed at near 240 lbs (6'5"). This suggests very densely packed bones and muscles.

Very good pickup and especially in light of Dunlap's earlier choice. FNL is one time where so-called momentum might actually mean something. It really doesn't apply to recruiting, although signings. like all things, do tend to cluster, thereby giving a false impression that momentum applies here.

This year the Gators need 2 TEs due to the loss of Byrd last year.

Usually FNL week generates between 2 and 5 commits (by next Friday or so). Given how few are currently committed, it would be nice to add another 2 or 3 this coming week.

Of course, Alabama still has only 6 commits, and Georgia a mere 8, and we know they will both be at the top by Signing Day.
