guess he should have seen it coming, especially when kenseth slowed down to allow logano to pass him, this is how Nascar must want it, somewhere Dale Sr is smilling, shades of the Daytona 500 wreck with the Allisons and Cale Yarborough, boys will be boys.

Kenseth gets parked at Texas, that's my prediction.

It gave Gordon the win too.

But yeah, NASCAR has to really lay down the law, they can't have that happen.

another thought, now that Gordon is in the final race, any chance they go back to the old DuPont rainbow warrior paint scheme?

I think anyone that causes a wreck should have significant points reduction or be eliminated from racing in the Chase entirely

Kenseth was already out of the chase. All they can do is park him, fine him, or both.

Loved it. Lagano is a tool and payback is a mutha. I expect him to get a hefty fine and maybe sit one out, but it was well worth it if you ask me. I'm sure Joe Gibbs isn't real happy though

An intentional take out like today needs to be dealt with. I never saw Dale Sr take out a fellow competitor while driving a damaged car. Sr would move you (like Logano did Kenseth at KS) out of the way if you were blocking. He hated blockers. He gave no quarter, but what Matt did today was so obvious, you couldn't call it anything other than what it was.

Matt will be parked for Texas, possibly another race. They will send a strong message that this will not be tolerated.

Matt was blocking at KS. I saw them come off turn 4 and Joey had a huge run on him. I was taking a set of tires back and shook my head because I knew Matt was going for a ride. You can't block and not expect that to happen.

'Matt Kenseth's Revenge'......major props to Matt for waiting until this race to deliver the payback. Well done! Lagano is a goofy punk and the king of the blockers, which is ironic..

now we will see if harvick is going to receive payback for what most feel was a intentional wreck at Talladega so he would not drop out of the top 8, if Nascar wants drama in the chase, they got it.

Matt knew what he was doing, and had to know he will sit next week. However, I don't think anyone at JGR is thinking that he'll be parked for the rest of the season. We'll find out Tuesday.

Who's going to do the payback, maybe the 11, but that's about it. 18 and 19 will be keeping their noses clean, especially after what their teammate did today.

If anyone should be sat out a race it should have been Harvick. Nascar.com had video of crew Chiefs telling drivers to watch out for Harvick during the restart he's going to try and cause a wreck to make sure he advances in the playoffs. Sure enough he caused a major wreck.

I don't like the playoff system that nascar is using cause of this very reason, if you are caught up in a wreck it's almost impossible to advance. I think they should start the playoffs 15 races out and have 3 5 race rounds. If Joey were to advance what's to stop Matt from wrecking him during the last race to make sure he don't win a championship.
