Rudolph and Sousa are on a little different level athletically. I said when I saw Rudolph's film he was going to be ranked much higher by the end of the year.

    That's why I said relatively.

He seems good with the ball in his hands, and along with what allday says that he leads the state in receiving, surprised to see him ranked, for example, 60th at WR on rivals.

There are people that are above him that I think that he is better than and there are people that are below him that I could see being better than him. The number might not be right but it is recruiting evaluation is it not an exact science he is at that 3 star / 4star boader and I am glad to have him

Ok... And I wondered the reasoning for their evaluation.

Both. And a legit 4.4 is fast. not talking about wind aided, Hs stopwatch type 4.4.

Deanthony Thomas, Sammy Watkins, Nelson Agholor, Keith Marshall, all run "4.4's" and i know 90% of the country considers them fast

I agree that it's not slow but i was commenting on what az said about him not running a 4.4. With all the speed training that goes on these days ,it's not as hard to get to that speed. Hell, I ran a 4.4 and consistently ran a 4.5 laser time as a white boy without all the training that goes on now lol I'm sure Some of those guys u named run faster than that IMO

Not a 4.4 guy, but you and I also know that it is not always about 40 speed, but "game speed".

Percy ran a 4.42 at the combine. Running a legit 4.4 in high school is extremely rare.

His game speed looks plenty fast, but I especially like the fact that he gets open and catches the ball with his hands.

I wonder how tall he is...

Looks good to me if not spectacular, seems to really outclass his competition in the video I saw. He can be a really good piece for us. Happy about this flip.

He is a good football player but 4.4 is moving he doesn't run or play like a 4.4 guy. I expect him to do some nice things in the slot at UF in a few years.

No they all run 4.4's. The only 1 i could see testing below it at an NFL combine is deanthony.
