He's H/S plays for the state title tonight in Yankee Stadium......CWM will be there......Will commit later this week.
Never heard of him b4.......Went to a PSU MB......FWIW they feel pretty sure they will get him.

We got him..... Penn st hasn't put a good defensive player other than lb into the league in years. Lavar Arrington and Courtney brown were the last ones I remember that were good except a couple of linebackers. He likes that we get lineman into the league and he likes how Easley was developed.

Could we have Easley recruit him or has that ship sailed because he signed a agent?

Distance is felt to be a factor.

"Holley became playing football as a junior and is raw power. He has the power to overwhelm an offensive lineman and he has very good feet. He changes direction well for a big man and runs plays down. He can shed blocks because of his strength, but he needs to refine his technique and do a better job of using his hands. He only played eight games as a junior after making the move from basketball. -- Brian Dohn"

    Sounds good to me.

Coach lawing I imagine is salivating at the thought of khairi clark and Thomas holley filling the interior....... it would sorta be like Floyd and Easley.....which would be outstanding:)

Overly optimistic for sure it I believe we have at least a 50-50 chance if it's only between us and PSU. They haven't been the huge recruit draw they once were. His uncle who went on his visit says distance is not a factor but I read a article where a source claimed otherwise.

He's all Penn State this would be a HUGE get though if we somehow got him. Him and Clark along with Bostwick Brantley Riles would be a good young stable of run stoppers

UAA plane was in Teterboro, NJ over the weekend. Flew back up there this afternoon after spending the morning in Tampa. Going after this kid hard.

Whoa whoa whoa.... Only two years playing football? I don't know if I like that too much. But I guess if you have the ability and the size you're good for the NFL and possibly the 1st round like many these days.

Obviously an outlier, but: Jimmy Graham didn't even play high school football.. or college football.. for 4 years. played one year of college, and one year in the pros and then just turned into an all-world NFL TE, the next, in his 3rd year ever of putting on shoulder pads. I wouldn't look too much into the lack of a football background for Holley.

It doesn't hurt to be an agile 265lbs and 6'7 either.
