2 south Florida dts! Like it, tho I played against chaminade Madonna every year back in high school they are a smaller school with not a lot of competion. He looks like a stud tho. He must be good if he's ranked that high and we took him.

I know we made up a lot of ground when he visited but Miami was WAY ahead, pretty big surprise.

Also timing wise it's a surprise since most kids will commit after a good visit/coach visit etc. I guess after thinking about the trip for a month he made a decision and I think he'll stick because he took his time to think about it.

    Great get either way!

Four star prospects from south Florida equals five stars everywhere else. Great pick up.

Welcome to Gator Country, Khairi Clark.

    Go Gators!

How are we owning the state when there is only 1 player from Florida in rivals100 committed to us?

Wonder what weight they will want him to play at? If he's already benching 410, would love to see what Dillman is going to do with him in the weight room!

How is UF still looking for JUCO DT Abu Lamin?? After his visit, Lamin put UF over USC (his top 2) and stated that the depth chart will be important to him. UF signed 4 DTs and 3 DEs in their '13 class, and now have 2 DTs in this class. One of their DEs from the '13 class - Joel Ivie - has been listed as moving to the interior. Y'all also have Cox Jr. who is a RS Fr...

Sounds like the depth issue at UF may be bigger than it will be at USC. The Gamecocks brought in one DT in last year's class in Kelcey Griffin, and none from the '12 class (USC had a couple signed but they didn't have the grades to make it in). Other than that, USC will only have jrs and srs on their depth chart when Lamin arrives in '14. They are expected to only try to sign 2 DTs and 2 DEs for this cycle, which their class is only expected to be around 15 at maximum anyways...

Has the commitment today taken away Lamin's spot??
