So he is in the bag since he signed up for classes? Right? Everything was a clear green light for him, so it was mostly formality, but you never know until the ink dries.

Kid is our future! Love it!

Is in the bag and can't claw his way out. Good thing. Saw his final stats for 2013. Don't remember them exactly, but around 7000 passing yards 77 TDs, 11 int, about 70% completion ratio, 1200+ rushing yards, 13 TDs at around 10 ypc. Living where he does, I'm sure he knows plenty about his new position coach and OC, as would his dad. I seem to remember they were all about Chris Leak anyway.

I seem to recall Driskel making a similar throw in the same game.

I don't think he had a long throw (I could be wrong). I do believe he had a long run in the Under Armour game (maybe like 70 yards).

He had a monster-long throw, on the run, in that game. Had the long run in the Army game.

Love how Grier side-stepped the pressure in the pocket to make the throw. Was that him that made the side-line laser throw on the run right before the long pass?

Can't knock the kid...but he'll be helped by a great diet at the training table and adding some bulk in the weight room. Chomp Mr. Grier!

If I were Mr. Lane I would be giving deep consideration to the talent that he knows well from his Oregon experience. If he believes one year with JW at FSU, while he is riding the pine as a redshirt is a better deal, that is his exceedingly poor decision to make.
