Goodyear plans a two-day NASCAR Sprint Cup Series tire test April 16-17 at Daytona International Speedway as a prep for the July 6 Coke Zero 400. The test will run from 5 to 10 p.m. on the first day and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 17. The April 16 test will not be open to the public or media. The Oldfield Grandstand will be open to spectators for the second day of testing. Race fans may access the viewing area through the lobby of the Speedway Ticket and Tours Building. There is no charge to watch testing. The drivers and teams tentatively scheduled to test are: Jamie McMurray of Earnhardt Ganassi Racing; Kasey Kahne and Regan Smith, Hendrick Motorsports; Danica Patrick, Stewart Haas Racing; Greg Biffle, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Carl Edwards, Roush Fenway Racing; Trevor Bayne, Wood Brothers Racing; Austin Dillon, Circle Sport; and a car from Joe Gibbs Racing (driver to be announced).
