He can definitely become more effective, but some of these post moves are elite.
Anyone know how many of these freshmen Kentucky will lose this year?
Randle has a fantastic skill set already. Can Cal take credit for developing him as a player more than, say, an AAU coach?
Million dollar question. Id guess randle, andrew and 1 to 3 others.
Five or six I'd guess
Kentucky this year has a group of really skilled half court players but they just don't look like the open court fast break type of team that Calipari is known for.
Very impressed with Kentucky. Great second half for them.
Randle just scored on a triple team. Guy is so good!
Kentucky has made a close game of it. Let's see if they can pull it out.
Glad we got to see the end of the game
Great game. Looks like the undefeated talk will end early, but I know our UK fans here at NBN aren't too surprised.
Have to be happy with the second half effort. Randle looks like the best player in the country, and we are three games in.
Boy wish we had gotten Randle. We really could have used a big man that can get his own offense. That's the one thing our team is missing.
The unbeaten season lasted a week.
Final 78-74 MSU
Now the talk of an undefeated season can come to an end and the Cats can concentrate on getting better. Lots of talent on that team.
Well, Randell is one hell of a player. No doubt about it. But is he going to cry after every call ALL season long. I just hate that crying shit when someone does it all the time. Just play.
Randle is a man. Most collegiate bigs can't handle him on the blocks. The Harrison brothers were certifiably terrible, though. That was quite surprising. Aaron is a shooter who couldn't get open or hit his shots, Andrew is a distributor who couldn't find anyone or take care of the ball, and neither could defend the pick and roll. They should get better. They have to get better for UK to make a run this year.
I'm as happy as you can be with a loss I guess. Ended up close but the game had periods of blowout and embarrassment that can check ego/overconfidence. Now over to ESPN2...
