it is if you like it and I LOVE it and after all these years it gets easier.....like doing it in my sleep. My principal told me a couple of days ago, "I truly believe you could teach a pig to read...."
It is called love of what you are doing.....

BEST THING I'VE DONE FOR MYSELF IN YEARS......
Great kids, great parents~ fun place to work

prior to that I taught in Lafayette, Louisiana at the beginning of our marriage

yep
I only taught private Methodist preschool when my daughter was that age, so I had the best of both worlds.... a little cash and she went with me for social development.
now that was a gig, I would have done for free!!!! LOVED IT!
