The Most Hated College Basketball Players of the Last 30 Years
Grantland is doing this mock bracket style http://http://www.grantland.com/stor...-last-30-years
Noah has the 2 seed in the most hated players from the 00's region, facing Aaron Craft in the first round.

Duke needs more than just one section of the draw - they should have had their own tournament. Anyway, my final four from the Grantland bracket would have to be Laetner, Derrick Coleman, Hansborough, and Montross

I couldn't get the link to work but I wonder who the most hated opposing player would be for Gator fans.

One too many http://'s in the link. You can copy the link, paste it in the URL box and edit to get to the story.
As a Gator fan I really hated/admired Travis Ford.
As a basketball fan I was always irritated by Kelly Tripucka for some reason. He just looked like he shouldn't be that effective, but he was. Perhaps it is because he looked like some of the guys that I used to play pick-up against that were always calling cheap fouls and complained loudly whenever you called them for egregious ones. Of course the 1970's are too long ago for this story.

Will Perdue, a Vandy player in the 80's, comes to mind but I don't even remember why.

There is something about the coach's son that is easy to hate. Saul Smith and Steven Pearl quickly come to mind. They have a look of entitlement about them.

I bet Henderson (Ole Miss) is working his way up the list.
Is Matt Walsh on there?
Seems like Baby Davis (LSU) bothered me at times, but I don't remember why either
What about that scrappy forward at Butler who teamed with the refs to lead Butler to their come-from-behind victory over us 2 years ago?

Dane Bradshaw killed us multiple times. He should get some props in this thread if we are talking about most hated players by Gator fans.

The 1984 Georgetown Hoyas. I came to like Pat Ewing as he got older, but I couldn't stand him and the other forward Graham. They were thugs before the term became vogue. I think that team thrived on being physical and ready for a fight everytime they stepped on the court, and that no doubt came from the top. John Thompson used to try and intimidate every coach they would play.

I have Laettner, Hurley, Montross, and Tyler.
How is Rose a number one seed? Back in college everyone loved that team.
