If Bama and Mizzou both win (both winning in 2nd half), that's what we'll have.

I think...
Ole Miss / Kentucky (Kentucky #2, Ole Miss #3)
Ole Miss / Kentucky / Missouri (Kentucky #2, Missouri #3)
Ole Miss / Kentucky / Alabama (Kentucky #2, Ole Miss #3)
Ole Miss / Kentucky / Alabama / Missouri (Kentucky #2, Missouri #3)

WOW!! Did you see the Georgia/Alabama game. GW three pointer. Relefod is more clutch than Boynton.

Looks like we will have to beat Missouri in the semis... Assuming we beat the Georgia vs LSU winner and Missouri beats Bama which I think they will.

I'm sorry but making a halfcourt heave is not clutch...it's luck...he could try that again and probably miss his next 10 attempts....if he does that consistently, then I would say he's clutch....that Snaer guy at FSU, now HE is clutch....

My bad. I like that draw for Florida even better. Avoid Missouri, UK and Arkansas till the finals.
Should be able to beat the winner of LSU vs UGA. Then a possible chance at redemption vs Tenn or play Bama again in the semis.

Kentucky
Missouri
Arkansas
Tennessee
If we beat two or three of those teams in the tournament, our confidence will be sky high by the time the NCAA Tournament rolls around.

Won't happen. Book it. We miss Beal, a clutch closer on this team. We will likely lose the 2nd game.

Thanks. Looks like you're correct:

Mizzou and Kentucky ends up on the other side of the bracket. UF plays UGA/LSU winner first, then likely the winner of Bama/UT.

One and One, if we happen to beat the second team we play, then meet Kentucky for the final, are we tough enough, clutch enough to beat them, Coaching good enough to beat them in a neutral site? Ask our players, they would probably tell you we are going to try. No excuses from the pumpers would be nice, but we all know, wait till next year!

The SEC tournament is the best thing Florida's basketball team has going for it right now. That, and that there isn't a truly dominant team in college basketball at the moment.
Hopefully we play at least two games to allow this team to gel. I don't care about winning the tournament, and I'm not really concerned about seeding. The only thing that matters, is getting this team to play up to its ability in the coming weeks. If Billy can do that, we're golden.

Every single statistic I've looked at in the last few weeks points to the fact that losing close games makes little to no difference come tournament time. If we were playing road games from here on out, I'd worry. But because they are all neutral court, we will be fine.
That Kentucky team in 2010 that made the Final Four? 0-6 in close games before the tournament.

The only good thing about the SEC tourney is getting Wil back to 100% and maybe, MAYBE get that train wreck back on the tracks. Other than that, better off resting up for the NCAA. I think we have 3 locked up no matter what happens unless we lose in the 1st round and may drop to 4. Not sure since Kansas lost today. It all depends on the other conference tournies. No way we get back to a 2 seed.

The SEC still sucks, and every team has been terrible on the road. The only thing I worry about is playing Kensucky, because they'll have tons of fans in the stand. I think we have a great chance of winning the tourney.

I wouldn't sleep on a 2 seed quite yet....I think if we win the tourney, that puts us at 27-6....thats a strong 2 seed record....but again a lot depends on how the teams ahead of us do....

The winner of Georgia/LSU should be no problem. If Alabama goes to the Semi's we should take that too. If Tennessee gets to the Semi's that could be tricky.

If we win the tournament, I say we have a 50% chance of a #2 seed.
