Scientology indoctrination requirement for a job?

I read Dianetics 15+ years ago and one of the first thing that struck me was his claim the fetus could recall conversations that were heard while in the womb. With no understanding of language how would that be possible?

I am a retired dentist and back in the 80's I went to a management course in Los Angeles that turned out to be a Scientology front. Stayed 4 days out of the 2 weeks course and told them I was out of here. Got most of my money back believe it or not. They sent a guy from LA to podunk Mississippi to come and observe my practice and try to talk me in to coming back. I didn't, of course. Since then I have moved 4 times and still get mail from them about once a month. Some strange people.
