A quick Google search shows that Twany Beckham is the lone senior on the current UK basketball team.
Edit: Beaten! :-D Thanks for the info REM :-)

Bob Knight: Going into the NBA at 18 or 19 is ridiculous.
Couldn't have said it better myself.

More importantly, Florida will be the good team, and Kentucky the bad. I'm sure we'll talk about this game some over the next couple days, but I'll just say it now - its not going to be even a decent game unless you guys barely show up.

UGA pretty much killed UKs tourney hopes. Now lets make sure these misfit nba minor leaguers get stuck in NIT land.
Time to embarrass their one senior on senior night. LOL

I thought that this game could be a problem for UK.

Transfer from Miss St. Both of the players that will be honored on senior night are transfers.

Hahaha. Really glad we don't have a coach that recruits on a philosophy of one and dones. Classes like last year are a rarity.

Disappointing, a UK win would've helped UF possibly get a #1 seed if we won out.

Caveat - might be oversensitive tonight...but
You do realize this is because the rest of the players are in the NBA, right?
Also, aren't 2 of Florida's 3 transfers as well?

IMO if we win out including the SEC tourney we are a 1 seed without a doubt. Our RPI and BPI are high enough to get the job done along with the extra wins

Wait, did UK lose tonight? If so what was the score? The thread title is misleading.

Julius Mays, the other player, has only been at UK one year. I can't imagine it will be that meaningful to him to be honored on senior night.
Rosario was our transfer player but at least he was at UF 3 years (1 redshirt and 2 playing).

Just Rosario. But I see nothing wrong with it. All of Kentucky's players the last couple of years, with few exceptions (talking to you Daniel Orton), left when they should have.

Any kind of senior night would be meaningful. Just too bad for him that the season or the game doesn't mean squat. LOL

That also means the SEC's 2nd best team is a tie between Mizzou, UK, Alabama, and Ole Miss as of now. Beating Kentucky at Rupp is a tall order even with the state of the UK team. They must win or win the SEC tourney.
