Volkswagen Aqua: Chinese designer creates eco-friendly all-terrain car for land, water and ice. Created by Chinese designer Yuhan Zhang, the Volkswagen Aqua would be powered by a hydrogen fuel cell and would emit zero carbon dioxide. The all-terrain vehicle, which has a top speed of 62mph and works like a hovercraft, can move seamlessly between different surfaces.

It did not say which type of Fuel Cell was being used . I'm guessing the Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell which was developed by BMW & Mercedes for their Hydrogen / Electric Vehicles . This type of Vehicle requires stored Hydrogen .
To be cutting edge , IMO , they would need an Electrolyte base Fuel Cell that creates Hydrogen on demand and thus much safer .

Who the hell cares, I'd love to try this sucker out here going in and out of lakes. I doubt it favors salt water though.
