The Hoosiers are coming to town! No pre-game notes posted yet, so I don't know if the teams have met before. I'll add that info when Hines gets the notes up.

So far in 2013 Indiana is 6-2. They beat Louisville and USF, and lost to UConn the first weekend. After several attempts to get 3 games in with GA Southern, they managed to split 2 games with them. Last weekend they were in Myrtle Beach and beat West Virginia, Coastal Carolina and UMBC (Univ MD Baltimore Co). The Hoosiers finished 2012 with a 32-28/16-8 record and played in the Big 10 tournament, losing 2 to Purdue.

Indiana is projected to be the best team in the Big 10 and sent a few players to the Cape Cod League last year. Obviously they don't have the top to bottom roster depth of a Southern team, but they're no joke.

I think it will be a huge challenge this weekend, really hoping the team can keep competing and find a way to win 2 of 3 this weekend. Needs some solid starting pitching.....Crawford is due for a shutdown game.
