It was 61 to 50, which was Indiana's biggest dificit of the year so far. This game is in Indy also.

The games Indiana has lost this season have been slow-tempo grind it out games. That's the way to beat them. You try to run up and down the court with them, you're gonna get blown out.

Agreed. They can run. I think they scored 90 in a running-type game in last year's elite eight against UK. UK didn't play bad defense either. Wisconsin has the recipe for beating Indiana.
If Florida plays them though, I wouldn't try and do anything different. Just play good D and hope you shoot well.

If they lose @Mich things would be interesting in their conference tourney as far as a 1 seed goes. You would probably assume one of their conference brethren just slips in to take their spot though.

Dakich is such a IU homer. Sometimes he's good, but most of the time I just can't stand him.

Teams most always look bad when they lose, but I've seen Indiana a couple of times and don't get why everyone is so afraid of the Gators matching up with them. Losing by 8 at home. Some folks have called UF soft, but that seemed to fit the hoosiers tonight.
And that Craft kid at OSU could play on my team anytime.

I really like Craft too but it seems like he plays with a different set of reach-in rules than everyone else.

I wonder what seed it takes to kick IU out of Indianapolis?

Classless Crean blows right by Mata. At least look the guy in the eye, c'mon. Indiana goes down.

Was wondering that too. I can't see it happening. They'll get it as the 1, 2, 3 or whatever seed because of a lack of an S curve.

Agreed, but he is an IU grad, which probably accounts for the perception.

Also coached them I believe.
After that game, anyone else wonder if we can add OSU to the list of teams with a shot at a title? I know we like to talk about how wide open this tournament is, but isn't really only wide open for 10 or so teams? Might have to stick OSU in that group.

I'm not sure if I can REM. I just don't think their offense is good enough to sustain and win 6 games. but i am starting to doubt myself after their performance tonight.

Yup, he coached there also. And yup OSU will be a tough matchup, especially if you don't have a top notch pg. Wonder how many indy has to lose before they become a 2 seed. Just heard they are still a 1 even after the home loss.

Yeah i really don't get the Indiana infatuation either....they now have almost the same record as Florida and for all the heck Florida gets for not winning a quality road game, that is now Indiana's 2nd home loss....one of those against a team we blew out....not to mention Indy's other losses were to Butler who is fading, as well as unranked Minnesota and Illinois....I think this year's MM is as wide open as it has ever been....

ESPN needs to pull him from any IU games for now on. It was absurd.

I can't stand Crean for that exact reason. He could really take some lessons from Billy D. on how to show some class after a loss. I have always admired Billy for his interaction with rival coaches after a game, win or loss. Other irritating things about Crean. Paces the sideline like a hamster in a cage. His hair really sucks! He sucks up to IU fans really badly (did you see his performance when GameDay was at Indiana?) I really hope they lose in one of the early rounds.
