Does anyone know what happened to Alaina Johnson and whether she'll be able to help the team for the post season?

UF is hosting the ncaa's regionals this season, right? UCLA hosts the finals this season.
event occurs on orange & blue weekend. would be great to go to the orange and blue game and then attend that gymnastic ncaa's. i would imagine it could be a PACKED house since it coincides w/ the O&B game weekend. if you've never attended an event, you should go. it's well worth it!

My wife and I went to our first gymnastics event last week against Kentucky and we went again last night. It is truly amazing to watch in person. I'm sorry I didn't start attending sooner

She has a back injury. I don't know that there is a specific timetable for her return.

The good news is that we have so much depth that we are still the top team in the country without her, so there is really no pressure to force her back out there sooner than her body is ready. It sure would be nice if she could go on at least a couple of events for NCAAs though.

been a Gator Gymnastics fans since the days with Ernie Weaver, I'll always think of her as the one who got the Gators into contender status ~ this year's team has got it going on, you gotta believe

Thanks. It would be great if she can contribute, but it's amazing to think we/they are good enough to win it all, and even set the school record without someone as talented as her. Great team. I hope they peak again with the NCAA championship.

The last few meets before Minn have been average at best.
I was afraind they had peaked too early.
It is great to see this score just before SECs & NCAAs.
And they will most likely will compete in the NCAA Regionals in the O-Dome.
Book you flights to LA now for the championships.
