Noah
Jo had probably the best game of his career tonight: 23 points, 21 rebounds, and 11 blocked shots.

And 3 steals!
Great game!

First NBA player since 1998 to have at least 20 points, 20 rebounds and 10 blocks in the same game. It's only been done nine times in NBA history.

Historic night. First with those numbers since Shawn Bradley. First in Bulls history, I believe.

Probably? I'd say you're understating it just a tad.
What a monster game.

I watched some of it. He still looks awkward as hell, but he gets the job done. Never thought he'd turn into this monster. When Rose gets back, look out. The Bulls will be head huntin'.

Well I only meant "probably" to include the impact of the performance. He's had multiple 20-20 playoff games.
Statistically, this is obviously the best of his career.

if he looks awkward then honestly.....you have no idea what you are talking about
ok look, I agree with you that in many respects he lacks certain fundamental principles. but in all others he is so fundamentally perfect that it is a beautiful thing to have the privilege to watch him play.
as far as footwork on both the offensive and defensive ends as well as understanding positioning and spacing. he is as good as it gets. his court awareness is also top notch.
is he gangly, and unorthodox in certain respects. sure. but so what. I'll take that over a guy like say JaVale McGee (athletically superior) any day of the week

Fierce competitor. Billy's best recruit. Was border line player in hs, close to 100 in a couple of recruiting sites due to being so thin, developed into a great front line player. He is quick for his size with a great wing span. Handles the ball better than most bigs as he was a pg early in his early playing years. Odd shooting style, but with his rebounding, blocks, steals and getting out on the break, it was invaluable to the Gators. Representing the Gators well!
To hear his game stats in the NBA was one of only 9 to do it. Awesome!

Noah is the rare player who can score a triple double by hitting on any three of four different stats. He can, and has, scored a triple double by getting 10+ on any three of points, rebounds, assists and blocks. Pretty amazing stuff.
Has anyone ever had a quadruple double?

First in NBA history to do it while shooting 65+%.
...of course they didnt start counting blocks until 72ish, so Bill Russel most likely would have been up there.

Four players, it seems.

Pretty rare, and I think exceedingly unlikely these days.
But yeah, I kept thinking that Noah could probably do it.

That writer that ate his words after saying Noah wouldn't be good in the NBA should go get himself some seconds.

I saw the video of him actually eating his article with some hot sauce. Too funny!

But only one assist? He's averaging over four a game. He now calls himself a "point center."

Ah how I remember all the idiots that used to say he would be a bust in the NBA. Warms my heart.
