In addition to the ones that go in the books as errors, there were multiple other plays that "could" have been made in that game, including on the tying base hit in the 9th. Tobias dove right over the top of the ball on that one.
We're actually hitting better than I expected, and a 2.81 team ERA is certainly acceptable, despite the staff seeming very hodgepodge so far, but the defense has been nothing short of atrocious. That simply can't continue.

In spite of issues already pointed out, I left last night only a little disappointed. It's going to be the kind of year where I focus on the good things and hope to see the team build on them and grow. It was the first time I've seen them pull off the bases loaded infield double play. I'm sure by inning 12 they were cold and tired, but it worked perfectly. It was also great to see them jump on a bad pitcher and score 5 to come back in the 5th.

The hitting has been much better than expected so far, just remember this is a rebuilding year if there has ever been one. Should be prime for some great teams the next 2-3 yrs.
