St. Thomas kids seem ready to play when they arrive at college. Great pick up and I wonder if he is related to Andrew Moten who played for the Gators back in the mid 80's?

Andrew Moten was a great basketball player from Quincy, if I'm not mistaken, and one half of the legendary M & M backcourt. Mike Moten was an outstanding OLB and was actually from South Florida.

The basketball player? No,
that Moten was from my home town here in Quincy.
Played at Shanks HS where FSU great Dexter Jackson was from. Was one of the kids on the take that put us on probation under Norm Sloan I believe? I even know the a**hat who was putting a lot of the money in his hand too.

You're right. Got Mike and Ron mixed up. Ron was an excellent LB. Mike was a DE that grew into a very good DT.
