Ole Miss...
...once a lock for the NCAA tourney, now appear to be playing their way out of it. They're behind UGA by 7 now, with 8 minutes left. At home.
Right now, UF and Bama appear to be in. It's a scramble for the rest.

Bama still has work to do with an RPI of 61.

Could we have as little as two bids? Worthy of conversation.

I think that's quite possible. I tend to think that we'll get three . Which is pathetic enough.

That was probably the quickest ten-point swing I've ever seen.

Struggling with the Poodles on your home court will not impress anyone.

I don't think the SEC is terrible, I just think there aren't a lot of great teams. I think Georgia, Missouri, Tennessee, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Kentucky all have rosters that could compete in the post-season.

I've been watching this game...the refs are absolutely giving this game to ole miss. I mean its blatant. Mark fox is going to lose it. It's embarrassing the refs in the SEC.

UF and Missouri are the only locks. That's the way I see it.
There are four others that could play their way in; Alabama, UK, Arky and Ole Miss. However, all four could do each other in down the stretch.
When I say Kentucky, I'm not projecting today's performance as the new normal. If I did, they obviously don't have a chance in Hades.
I cannot see any of the other teams fighting through 4 games in the SEC tourney and getting the automatic bid.

Ole Miss isn't a "lock" but they're in as of now. They have looked pretty terrible lately; though, and may be in the process of playing their way out.

Tennessee has a much better chance than Arkansas.

Arky will get hammered by their road record. Abysmal.

Ole Miss wins it in overtime, 84-74. They're now 8-4 in the conference. They really need to win these home games.
As for "locks", outside of Florida, there are none in the SEC.

Today notwithstanding, UT has looked terrible on offense. I can't see them sustaining that level to do any better than the NIT.
Arky is bad away from home, but they have some scorers and a couple of really good players.
