The answer to the question is yes, Obama surely thinks he is above the law, though not for the idiotic reasons in this absurd article, but really for the same reasons that every president does, we let them, and we even encourage it. Lincoln set aside Habeus Corpus for christ sake. We have been at illegal wars now for 50 years without congressional approval. We drone strike civilian populations. We wire tap without warrants, we ignore international law. Yes, the president thinks he is above the law. So does most of Congress. So do most Americans when it comes to laws they don't agree with.
